Shinyo No Maki
(Ko Hi Ryoku)
The above characters read
"Shinyo No Maki Ko Hi Ryoku".
"Shinyo No Maki" means "the scroll of the Yang spirit".
"Ko Hi Ryoku" means "to reflect and then leap into power".
What all of means is that at this point in training, the student should look
back and understand what has been accomplished thus far and now make a leap
into the powerful techniques of Shinyo. These techniques are meant for defense
of the school.
