Patrick J. Browne of Chicago, formerly of Brooksfield, IL died May 23, 1996 after a long illness, employee at Michael Reese Hospital Biochemistry Lab since 1973, dearest son of John P. "Bunny" Browne and the late Rosabelle, nee Corleto; loving brother of Maureen (John Gussman) Browne and Joanne (Leonard) Sievwright; also survived by nephews, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, many friends and his jujitsu students. At Pat's request, the service and interment will be private. Professor of Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu, 7th Degree Black Belt, American Judo and Jujitsu Federation, Founder and Chief Instructor of the Suburban Kodenkai. Advanced student of Ikenobo Ikebana Society, Licensed acupuncturist, volunteer at A.A.H.P., longtime member of the West Suburban Boy Scout Council. Please omit flowers. Editor's Note: Pat Browne was a consumate martial artist and a fine person. His passing is a great loss for us in the Danzan-Ryu community. We'll miss you, Pat.
