Since 1974

Teaching Danzan-Ryu Jujutsu, a combat-effective martial art from Hawaii. Danzan-Ryu incorporates elements of joint locking, throwing, grappling as well as weapons defense and offense. In addition, a comprehensive method of restoration massage (Seifukujutsu) is an integral part of the system.

Danzan-Ryu Jujutsu was developed in the 1920's by Henry Seishiro Okazaki, a Japanese native living in Hawaii. The system was derived from many ancient Jujutsu styles as well as Okinawan Karate, Filipino knife arts, western boxing and the secret Hawaiian art of Lua.
